I love heavy, chunky chop salsa and it’s normally what I default to, but sometimes you want something different.
This is a great recipe for winter because you can use canned tomatoes. Use your home canned tomatoes, your favorite store brand, or just chop some fresh tomatoes if you would like.
This salsa comes out like restaurant salsa, nice and smooth and silky. This would be great for cooking. The recipe as written makes a full pint of salsa.
I brought this salsa to an event, and was told that it tastes beautifully fresh.
