-cyser style apples

-banana fridge jam

-dilly beans

3 1/4 quart

-whole and crushed tomatoes

-dill pickles

-blueberries in gin

-spiked oranges

-plum sauce

-pickled hot peppers
3/4 pint, thais and red chilis

-bbq sauce

-apple butter

-peach butter

-peach pie jam

-cherry jam

-mint syrup

-pickled blueberries

-preserved mint


cider molasses

-pickled beets


sunshine jam-5 quarter pints

-sweet pickles

-blackstrap strawberry jam


sweet hot pepper relish-5 quarter pints plus a fridge pint

-strawberry mint syrup and jam

-fruit syrups

1 1/2 pints blueberry peach

-hot sauce

-whole peaches and nectarines


strawberry honey fridge jam, 3/4 pint

strawberry vanilla fridge jam, 3/4 pint

mixed pickles, 1/2 pint

Habanero oil

citrus extract

cinnamon extract

dried habaneros
