The early farmer’s market will be open by mid-month, and the grass is finally turning green. My mint is taking off and soon there will be actual local produce available. Keep in mind that not everything will be in season at the same time in every region, depending on when your growing season starts/ends and weather conditions. Remember, try to follow the seasonal produce even if it’s not local.
