Eggs and cheese are saving my diet.
I don’t eat enough protein, apparently, and find it hard to eat enough meat and/or plant based protein. But I can eat all the cheese and eggs.
Hard boiled eggs (or egg salad or eggs on salad) are fast and simple. But I’m a multitasker and actually find it easier to throw something into the oven and go do other things than to babysit a pot, even if hardboiled eggs only take twenty minutes or so.
Cooking eggs in the oven is simple-and I’m certainly not talking about something really exciting and new.
Heat your oven to 325 F. Put eggs in muffin tins or on a tray, and place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and place eggs immediately into iced/very cold water to stop cooking.
